In case you don’t know. This is for a 5 year period. They revise wage every 5 years.

I know very well, these bankers get increment every quarter on account of DA increase, this 17% is on top of all those quarterly increments.

And IT employees getting hikes for tea breaks, team outings and partying in pubs.

SBI employees work harder than IT employees.
