Bangalore - Job Anxiety

I am living with my husband in Bangalore. He is earning well and I am not ( hardly Rs. 40,000 per month) - that too work from office - 6 days. I am in same company from last 3.5 years. I am not learning anything new. My colleagues are useless too - creating mental pressure on me to leave as they live micro managing and I don’t. I am not good with interviews too. I don’t know why I am always fucked up with interviews- I guess because of the pressure. Now I am open for any kind of role just want backend job and 5 days working and want to earn more money. - please advise
