Bands vs Hike

I got an A band this year, but the actual hike was just 7%.

I am curious what others have gotten for the same band? Is it Unit dependent?

I am in BFSI domain so was expecting atleast 10% this time.

Let me know what did y'all get. And your thoughts 💭.

I'm in BFSI too, got 4.5% for B band. Really disappointed with CHRO doing PR in the media about double digit hikes for top performers(haven't heard of anyone getting a double digit hike) and the CEO saying 50% of TCS is AI skilled.

I too got 4.59% bro. But many got 10-12% hike who were nominated top performers.
