I have recently got a position in HR team of Bajaj Finserve, need to know os there culture really toxic? I keep getting feedbacks that it’s very toxic.

Toxic would be an understatement. I've been there for three years now, currently serving notice period and can't tell you how happy I am right now. A lot depends on your individual team and manager though
