Has anyone joined an MNC via a backdoor process by paying a fee? If yes, please specify the amount paid and whether the process was secure. They claim that while you go through the regular hiring process, you are ultimately selected through the back door. If you have any documented experience with this, could you please share your exact experience and let me know if it really works?

Never heard of such backdoor. If you know the hiring manager or some top folks at the company, you might get hired without many interviews. But I don't think there are ways to pay money and get job.
