Average Annual hike

What's the average annual hike at your org ? I know it depends on performance and all, but still there's gotta be range. Asking from a dev standpoint, but would like to know others as well. At my company, it's around 10-15 %(mid size company, not a startup).

Usually 10-15% but this year its around 5% because of macro economics

Not really. Because they know the usual hikes and that this is one of the exceptions.
