
Fuck... as an Angular dev, I'm always hoping that my applications are not being filtered because of these stupid mistakes.
On the other hand, Google should be blamed as well. Idk whose brilliant idea it was to name the framework as Angular after AngularJS's deprecation, that's bound to cause confusion.

True... earlier the TA's were going through the resumes manually, but now since for one position the applications are in huge numbers they have made it automated and results are more rejections than selection

It is high time we fire most recruiters and stop using useless ATS surveys and just use chatgpt to filter resume and a bunch of HR interns to schedule them and 1 or 2 senior guys to lowblall them overpaid engineers
