Atlassian opening new offices in india ?

Is Atlassian opening new offices in India I received an email stating that they have registered 5 new entities at Tamil nadu, Haryana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, telangana and we will be tagged to the closest office, so are they opening any new offices?
