No. You can negotiate until you join. But make sure you don't go overboard. Just know what you can afford to loose and the trade off you should be prepared with.

If you join one over other, the only issue could be some orgs will blacklist you from further openings if you didn't end well with them.

Apart from that i don't see any issues
