Are you also losing hairs due to ?, because i think I am...

So i am a 23 years old man , who never drunk , smoked , not a tea drinker too and left majority of sugar/carbonated drinks long ago , I am taking care of health too but my hairs are getting thinner and falling a lot , I stopped oiling my hair 7-8 years back as I was having very oily scalp due to improper diet and it used to make situation worse for me so I have had to left oiling . Moreover due to sitting, lying , I am also not involved in exercise much . What should i do , should I start messaging my scalp again but with what kind of oil and what kind of exercises can i include to keep my hairs healthy, it's not generical because my father and grandfather have good amount of hair as per their age , not much dense like someone in their 20s but still very good

Please go to a dermat. Get a blood test done. I know what are the likely reasons ... But don't want to give medical advice on the internet.
In the meanwhile, eat Vit B12 rich food. I am applying garlic water to my scalp every 3 days a week.

Take 100ml water in a glass bottle, slightly crush one clove of garlic and immediately put it in the water in the glass bottle and shut the lid. Keep it in sunlit area for 2 days, then apply this water to your scalp. Dont go into the sun with it.

After the 1 st use itself, my hairfall drastically reduced. I loose like 10 strands a day max.

I daily drink a glass of milk, so i think i am fulfilling my b12 needs

Please don't guess, saying this from experience. Get your blood work done. Preferably a full body, if it's been more than a year since your last blood work

I started facing hairball issue when I was 23. By 27 years my hair quantity was half. Tried all the expensive hair care routines n nothing helped.
Finally I visited gynac and I was diagnosed with ovary cyst and had to get operated. After that within 6 months I got my hair back.

Last year when I went for blood test , I was deficient in vitamin d3 , mine was 8 ng/dl while normal range is 30-100 , since then i am on and off on supplement , but i think I should retest it again

Yes, even though you'll hear this commonly "everyone's vit d is low nowadays" please take it seriously. Getting vit d to optimal levels changes everything. If you are a biological male, get your testosterone checked as well.

While on the topic. What do you good people of Grapevine think about Traya? Did someone in this community gave it a try? Pehaps Adavasi hair oils?

Please visit a dermatologist. Hair fall is also genetic.
