On a side note: Not all corporate employees get to go on holidays.

Swiggy, Zomato, BlinkIt , Zepto almost every consumer facing company has 10-20 % employees "On call" due to high demand. Include Hotstar , Jio cinema too.

I spend all my holidays "on call". All major events Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New year's plus all the cricketing event IPL playoffs, Finals , IND vs Pak matches, World cups.
