Anybody here who left alcohol altogether? Or successfully toned it down? How did you succeed?

Get a wife who does not drink and then make a baby. Both together will make enough chaos in your life that you wont be able to drink 😁😁

Always tell your bain , I will drink tomorrow and take a oath of never drinking on weekend

I just decided to stop, and never drank again, I had to do it for a strong reason, because I don't want to ruin my running schedule. It has been nearly 2 years now ,and I am very clean.
