I got my first Design job just recently at like a bit of less pay but that's fine and last month only my 8th semester B.Tech result came out.

Now I get harassed on a daily basis by my leads who are working for around 8-10 years in the domain. I'm the only fresher in my team so I try to work hard as much as I can by working 12-14 hours a day and even on weekends so that I can stick and learn.

But I wonder if it's like this everywhere or is it just here. This has started to take a toll on my mental health nowadays. I always used to think that when I'm gonna land my first UX job, I'll be surrounded by cool folks, discuss my take, etc. design is kinda my passion and idk what I should do.

I love designing but here sometimes it's like seniors have kind of a standard with the thinking of old designs and no hope of innovation and experimenting. That is also fine but is it okay to be under pressure everyday in a job that I just recently started to get into the domain?
