Joining Siemens wanted to know how is the work life balance, exit options, perks and gifts?
Also do they pay Diwali bonus.
Im joinig siemens disw, in the offer letter it is written " You will be eligible for Siemens long service employee benefit program".....any current/ex employee having knowledge on the same... Please guide me.
Why does Capgemini not provide any bonuses ,neither does it provide any gift cards or boxes during Diwali.
I mean even we are humans too .
