Got a call from Ansr that they are hiring for a German Company which is setting up the Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. They said we need to work as part of the company for sometime after that the new organisation will transfer to their payroll.
This is not a Contract to Hire, i was told that Delta airlines was set up in india in similar way.

They are definitely legitimate They help bring GCCs to India and have been around for very long
Just read the contract well and make sure it's all watertight
