Any farewell email format suggestions?
It would be great what I should include and shouldn't. Recommendations are appreciated. Time to get out here.
Don't send one, it's not really required. I always thought most farewell emails were BS. Just reach out to people you like and let them know personally you are leaving rather than sending one to everyone that is too politically correct with too much drama.We are already getting enough of this BS on LinkedIn. Honestly nobody gives a shit.

I would simply go with expressing gratitude to mentors managers friends and colleagues and keep it simple. Irrespective of how much I would want to burn bridges that's just a shit move
Whenever you leave a workplace just point out the mismanagement which made you take a switch because management fights for their business growth you only have to fight for your growth.
