Analytics Folks out here..

What is your current Org, current YoE and CTC with Base(fixed pay), Bonus, Variable, Stocks etc and full Remote/Hybrid?

This is not to compare yourself but to assess if you have a better option in market to switch to in this hard hitting economy.
