Am I doing something wrong?
I am currently looking for a job and I gave good number of interviews recently. I was interviewed for IBM, Akamai, etc. Both my interviews went well and I cleared till managerial round. After managerial round the IBM HR said the position is in discussion with higher management and could be kept on hold for couple of weeks but my feedback from manager was positive. The Akamai HR didn't get back to me yet after 3 days of finishing my managerial round.
I'm confused now if there's something I'm doing incorrect with my manager round or this is common in industry? Please suggest

Don't depend on both companies for the offer and don't waste time. Move on
The recruitment process of any MNC is very lengthy,They will speed up only when there is urgent client requirement and no replacement available internally. New hiring offer conversion takes minimum two to four weeks .
Couple of weeks so wait for IBM. Akamai not sure.
My CTC is 9 LPA and I have 3 years of experience. I hold offer of 13.5 LPA . And I am looking for 15 LPA . Is my expectation accurate or I am being overvalued.
