Trending @Infosys; Allocation to bench within 15 days
I received mail with the above subject. My performance was not good in the project and I also want release. Can I assume that I am getting released ? I will find another project that's not a big deal for me.

Hi , I haven’t received this email previously , this is the 1st time I have received , I work my internal project , I am not sure is it a new thing sending emails or anything related to rating
No, you are getting wrong .. Actually when we get into production ..so our manager allocates us for specific time period like 3 months ,1 year ,2 months.. Once it's expired then our allocation is again increased by our manager..It does not means release from project

Yes. It shows in infmye the allocation and my manager increases the allocation and then I receive the message that my allocation is changed. But I don't get this mail this is the first time I am getting mail that I am moving to the bench. Every month the allocation changed but I don't get this mail. In my project the budget issue is going on and scrum master was also indicating that release could happen
I also got this mail from today I have moved to bench.. But still I'm working in the project no other information regarding this I got from my team.. Did I need to communicate with my manager regarding this
Why are you working then ? Ask the manager you have moved to bench
When I'm asking ,he always says he will take care of it.. No worries but when checking my utilization, most of the time it shows bench he will alocate me to production or pre production for 4 days Or 5 days
Hi, I was in project and Serving Notice Period and my LWD is mid of June and received this kind of mail. Do I have to worry about this?
You are on notice period man. Even if the Infosys get burned down you don't need to worry about that..
No problem guys it's just for project code that show in our app! In which unit project code we are working and in which pool we are. So after 31 May you will be allocated into different project code with new expiry that. There is nothing related to rating or your performance don't think like that!

Hi , I also received this mail yesterday, I even called my manager and he told me nothing to worry about , he will extend my allocation after May 31st.
but i think it's an indication like soon we will leave the project, it's time to switch company , once u receive an offer you can tell the manager that he will be releasing early 😄
