I’m not against women working in the industry. But I see so called leaders grow multifold in the name of ‘Diversity & Inclusion’. This corporate jargon is used as a tool to promote undeserving women & gain browny points. Have you seen this?

Its a sham. Also never understood why diversity always means women in India and ignores things like caste, religion, color, race, disabled, LGBTQ which it should entail. Diversity candidate in India is just associated with women which is stupid.
