AI & 20:80 rule
AI will replace inefficient humans as it will speed up efficient humans. 20:80 rule applies in every team. The 80 are in trouble, and that from where savings will come to organizations after deployment of AI.
Those people & orgs which are not going to learn, will remain in the 80.

India does the worst of clerical roles. A job so menial that even training AI to do it would be expensive. Many might not agree with what i say, some might even call me contemptuous. But look at the history, ERP like SAP came into place so that activities like booking keeping, inventory management, or in-depth reporting thru data consolidation is easier and quicker.
India became the back office of the world, we manually do the RTR acitivities. We now have "analyst" who will download these reports and create ppts/consolidated reports for managers.
So people need not worry about AI, we do shit that no AI would like to do.

That is one type of work India does. There are many areas where Indians work, not just clerical roles. But for some reason Indians sell themselves cheap.
