After taking 200+ hrs of therapy
Just wanted to understand if people want to know how to make the best out of therapy. There's no single way but i can share things that have helped me

Have never really understood why someone would pay for therapy. Really want to know how talking to a "professional" is any different from talking to just family and friends or someone you can open up to ?
But, also think that maybe I am lucky enough to never being in that situation what people might have to go through, so I might not really understand that feeling which really requires therapy
Hope you are doing better now btw

Thank you!
Talking to people openly is very different from therapy. You can share everything about what's going on in your life with someone without understanding the reason of certain behavior or patterns that you repeat in life.
For example, why people get defensive or the underlying cause of insecurities. This is where therapy comes handy

For people who are willing to know more about therapy or wants to start your own journey, follow the below link
I will be posting 1-2 articles a day about different aspects of healing

The idea is to share what i have learnt over years about healing through anonymous platforms. Feel free to criticize or share feedbacks if any. This will help me improve my content to reach out to right audience who might need some mental health guidance
