Just one switch and this would be double easily. Prepare for interviews, build you resume, know you current process in and out, make simple draft answers for the interview questions like why do you want to change, expected ctc, your introduction etc and also upskill your self. All the best!! You will definitely grow.

Secondly, the leadership here promotes growth ! Says, that is the only way to increase the salary! While I agree every domain has a age requirement, you cannot sit and handle back to back chats in dual concurrency at the age of 40 !
