Advice on curing depression and staying productive.

Hi everyone, Lately I’ve been struggling with phases of low mood and lack of motivation, and it’s affecting my productivity. I know many of us go through this, but I want to handle it in a healthier and smarter way.

Could you please share what has worked for you to overcome depression and stay consistent/productive in studies or work? Your suggestions would mean a lot 🙏

Try getting vitamin D and B12 tests done. Sometimes those are the culprits for depression and feeling low.
