Accenture offer
I got shortlisted for java full stack developer for level 11 custom software engineer position in accenture. I gave a hackerrank test followed by a technical interview. Next day, they asked for my id and payslip and i uploaded it. They kast contacted me on saturday. Today is monday, havent got any call yet. Am i selected or not? Will they be releasing the offer letter or not?
Also i have around 2.5 years of experience. How much hike should i expect if current ctc is around 4.5?

Level 11 ;- band is 8-9lpa max For level 10 you can go upto 17-18lpa.
Have patience.
While I was looking for a switch last year... Some HR's released the offer immediately in 2 days after document submission while some took 2-3 weeks as well.
There can be multiple factors like HR may have initiated a high level background check... Post which they will release offer letter.
So have patience
Atleast 1.5X if not 2X
