
Accenture careers account blocked.
Hi Accenture folks. So I got a referral to Accenture with a second Id and I was told in that mail to first create an account with the same mail. I was in the process and it was working fine till I added my PAN card and it said something like an account already exists and further the process stopped. When I try to re-fill the application now, I am getting an error saying please try again after 30 mins or contact support giving an email: 'candidate.queries@accenture.com'. Now I tried 4-5 emails here but no response.
I remember I've created one Id for Accenture careers while I was in college with a different email. But when I try to open that account, I am getting a message saying the account doesn't exist. One more thing that is of trouble is that my account was maybe banned from Accenture as I had given an interview in Accenture (in Aug 2023) as a fresher but was not selected. At that time I was applying for more and more jobs just to get one which may have led to blocking of my profile if anything like that exists. I am saying so because I was not able to apply for any job from Accenture after Aug 2023.
Still I want to resolve this issue as I am missing out on better opportunities due to this. I tried asking a friend who is working in Accenture but he wasn't of much help. Can anyone here help or point out any contact details which would help me in this situation?
