Folks, Is this society not yet handed over to residents?
I was planning a buy flat last year, due to some reasons couldn’t it, their sales team was pitching it will be ready by Oct 2022 etc, not sure what’s the matter.

I purchased a flat in Sobha Dream Gardens in Jan 2024 from Sobha Realty.
Shashi Ranjan (Sobha’s salesman) fudged inventory, showed artificial bookings, inflated prices and promised us a 2L monetary incentive from his official mail.

You can complain about these in RERA. Expect things to happen in 6 to 7 months. But it works.
