Need help in restructure compensation plan

Hi, Can anyone please help me how to allocate the ex gratia amount in other salary components. Is it good to put all the ex gratia amount into Basic Salary component.

My current CTC is 12,10,000/- with 1 year 10 months experience.

My fixed component is 10,00,000/- and 2,10,000 is variable.

How much fixed amount should I tell if they ask me about my expectation?

CTC - 5 LPA (fixed) was written in JD Basic pay - 20k/month

Flexible pay* - 18k/month 10% of Flexible pay is HRA

PF - 2.5k/month
