I just got an internship at a startup. I don't know too much coding and i wanted to learn. I was just offered a conveyance allowance. Is that fair?
Yes! Even when I started, I was only given a lump sum amount of money. I was happy for it as it was my first money which I made myself. I continued to improve my skills as they demanded. Use this as an opportunity to learn and improve your skill set. It would help you in securing a new and better internship next!
Did you hate the company for not providing a stipend?
Nah. Never. I was just happy that I got a place where I can learn and implement things in real life.
