I want to say one thing here after years of dedication to TCS. It was good till Covid but
Fu** you Milind Lakkad and K. Krithivasan and all the management for bringing school attendance and RTO bullshi*. Lying to investors with manipulated Quarterly results and deceiving youngsters for joing this company.

For someone who joined in 2022, can you explain how was TCS before covid? What's different now from then except RTO? Where there people how didn't have an ODC at their base location before covid. Curious
TCS before the current CEO was very employee centric and gave you the benefit to be productive and loyal at the same time. People use to believe in TCS and i felt it was good work/life balance. I have no idea whats the situation if there is no ODC at base location as i shifted to other location for joining in 2019. The biggest difference for me was no anxiety for QVA due to RTO. I mean we worked our ass off even though there wasnt much pressure. It was like i wanted to learn and grow in organisation and management of the project used to appreciate it via email/gems/feedbacks on monthly or quarterly basis. Things are very much anxiety-driven these days, you have to be in office for complete 9hrs, if leaves arent approved or missed somehow to filled up your QVA will be impacted due to non-compliance RTO. I mean these guys are marking your ins-outs daily via report charts. It feels school now, you have to be present infront of manager at all times. Thats just bullshi*.
Hello can you solve my query i have project in FS whole team sits in banglore so is it possible i don't punch in from base location(TCS New Delhi) and punch from a different location will i receive HR mail or will the HR connect with my manager? Or can i punch from TCS New Delhi Noida office initially i was told to punch from Gurgaon location?
I wonder who has chained you up here in TCS. If you're so frustrated, why don't you just leave TCS and join another company? Show your talent, if you have any, and join your "dream company.
Many of us are quite satisfied with TCS. After all, it provides opportunities that are hard to come by elsewhere. While most organizations are only looking for experienced professionals, TCS hires freshers and gives them the opportunity to earn bread and butter for their families without any prior experience. And let's not forget, when other companies were laying off employees en masse, TCS made efforts to avoid such practices. But hey, if all that doesn't appeal to you, maybe it's time to move on. Yes ,pre krithivasan era was golden.I joined TCS in 2019 and due to COVID there was WFH.Also I do not understand the fact about the number of hours and being in office being counted as productivity. At the EOD if the product or service we deliver is making the client happy Nothing else should matter.I am with you CorporateSalve88 .F*** these upper management.I don't understand the crap of tcs way of working.
I can understand that bro i joined here for 3.36 LPA ninja even though i was digital almost but at last they said join as ninja only. since 15 years they are giving only 3.36 to entry level. Also who says there is chill life at tcs come to ps india sector. I am just a fresher and getting used in multiple projects man. they wont let you stay free for even an hour and there are 2 hours standup call daily and WFO is so forced here that manager took away proxy access so we cant do wfh at all. Also in our project they told client we have seniors devs and sh*t but only team know situation. The on paper tram lead and manager is not even there and the actual lead’s on document designation told to client is developer. We are forced to work on weekends and they dont even give comp-off.

Ab Work from home managers rokne ke liye access revoke karwa dete he ki tum sirf office lan se hi connect kar paoge services ko. Aur jese me ps india me hu to isme kya scene he ki apko multiple project me daldete he. Qur project me client ko bolenege ki suppose in my proj bola he ki sare devs atleast c2 he me khud y hu. aur ek bhai c2 he hi nai sab C1Y Y aur bas ek he c1. I wish somehow these words reach them and they understand the pain of their own employees. But at the same time, they won't give a F. So just keep brushing ur assesss
I wish Ratan Tata know about these issues and take steps to handle them.
