10 hours sleep

9hours almost everyday after 1st year of my job. Reason = 0 anxiety (realise outcome of everything i do is not in my control) and physical activities in evenings.

Last night.

While 10 is excessive on a regular basis, 8 as a minimum should be a good aim.

The day I got laid off 3 months ago, I slept peacefully for 16 hours straight. Not so much now, since I got a job again. This time, I'm only getting 6-8 hours of sleep.

Been ages since I slept for 10 hours straight. My cook and maid wake me up early. Not even getting 8 hours of sleep for the past few weeks.
