Prepare for interviews, build you resume, know you current process in and out, make simple draft answers for the interview questions like why do you want to change, expected ctc, your introduction etc and also upskill your self. Secondly, the leadership here promotes growth ! Says, that is the only way to increase the salary! While I agree every domain has a age requirement, you cannot sit and handle back to back chats in dual concurrency at the age of 40 !
The eye opener for me was the Ambition Box which showed me the true worth of mine ! Average Salary of a Quality Analyst at Noida is 8-10 LPA !
