I have around 2 years experience and am looking for a switch. But I am finding it very difficult to get interview calls. Has anyone recently switched their jobs? What portals do you use?

I am trying to register my company since March but my CS is not able to submit all forms since MCA portal is not working properly after migration.

Can anyone suggest anything in this regard?

Are there any secret job portals that cater to higher salary bracket openings only? Naukri, foundit etc I don't think get such opportunities.

Job portals are crazy because you upload a resume then spend 20 minutes manually typing the same resume but now in sections so an algorithm can misunderstand it faster.

Dont get me started on workday and other platforms..
