I have around 2 years experience and am looking for a switch. But I am finding it very difficult to get interview calls. Has anyone recently switched their jobs? What portals do you use?

I generally checkout jobs on LinkedIn. The ones I feel are suitable to me, I search for their employees on LinkedIn, and ask them for a referral. Most are ready to refer due to their own benefit, and referal increases chances of interview by a lot than applying on a job portal.
