I have offer from ET GDS with 33L fix and 15% variable with Manager 1 position vs Cognizant with 34.50L fix and 1.5L variable with Manager Projects position.
My CTC when I joined the company was : x(base) + y(stocks). There was no bonus or hike et al. But stock price has doubled.
So while negotiation should I tell my CTC as x+y OR x+2y?
