Interview negotiation

My CTC when I joined the company was : x(base) + y(stocks). There was no bonus or hike et al. But stock price has doubled.

So while negotiation should I tell my CTC as x+y OR x+2y?

Thanks!!

Interesting situation to be in. No matter how you try to paint it, the HR at the end of the day looks at it as x + y

Recently negotiated. They looked for the current stock price. It's money you're leaving on the table, use it to negotiate.

Did you get a better offer using the leverage?

Now a days HRs are not concerned about variable or stocks, fixed is what matters for them.
