Next Promotion Suggestion. I joined as 6B and got promotion to 7A after 3 Years. (They only promoted when i resigned) . Now I’m in 7A for 1 Year. When should i initiate about my next promotion to 7B ! Please suggest

I have been deployed in project in which working hours is 18 as per manager,we all team members are asked for extra support anytime midnight if required.
