I see lot many people cribbing about witch club salaries. What's going to happen? Is India in a state to implement labour laws like nordic countries? Those people crib when they work over 35 hours. We can barely provide jobs to our youngsters. Why do u think indian SBCs get clients? Bcz we are available in bulk , cheap, speaks English and hardworking ( majboori i mean actually). Mana IT main margin high hoti hain, pr seedhi baat hain yrr demand supply ka game hain. Vo purani salary aur ceo fresher pay gap ye baatein capitalism mein nhi chalti dost..ethics vaigera sab naam ka hota hain...dhande main baat bs profit ki aaati hain...usmein kisika bhala ho gaya to behtar...Ab har middle claas bande ko IT golden ticket lag raha hain, kab tak chalega gold rush vaise? Yrr tumhe nhi pasand na to chhodo 1000 log line main khade hain vo bolte hain hume dedo koi baat nhi... itni buri haalt hain jobs ki...ab company fayada nhi uthayegi? client ko sasta talent nhi benchengi? konsa aur humne engineering krna hain, maintenance ka kam hain mostly. Achha kam overseas hi hota hain. Nhi pasand to chhoodo, aur pakdo achha job...koi nhi dene wala tumko minimum wage capitalism main. Vo socialist jamana chala gaya. Frustration nikal na hi to nikalo, lekin likh koi nhi manne wala aapki baat. U will be exploited in this demand supply game. Vaise bhi jitni janta IT main ho gayi hain lagta nhi ki jyada achhe din bache hain, vahi pichle das saal wali baatein dohrane wali hain...min hike... vaigera. Bhai, kya kabhi aap logon ko bhi aisa feel hua hai ki job mein kuch nahi aata? Roz lagta hai ki kahin project se nikal na dein. Kabhi-kabhi khud par kaafi doubt hota hai. Mere almost 7 years ka experience hone wala hai, phir bhi yeh feeling aati rehti hai. Kya yeh normal hai ya sirf mujhe hi aisa lagta hai?
