TAL's take
Low tier company with a kitchen-sink job description blending frontend, backend, and database roles despite the React-focused title.

First team offsite - new grad
Hi folks, I am a new grad and work in remote first company. My team (8-10 people) has an offsite and also booked a resort for it in Bengaluru. I am a new grad with no outing in college or with family as I am kind of poor and this has also made me introvert as well and so I don't have much idea about etiquettes etc and this really freaks me out What should I do / learn before going?
