TAL's take
Stable and reputable regional bank with clear role structure, though the title 'Graduate Trainee' is inconsistent with the requirement of 5-8 years of experience.
Clear responsibilities within wholesale banking credit operations, despite a somewhat confusing title mismatch.
Must haves
- Finance or accounting bachelor's degree
- MBA in business administration or finance
- 5-8 years of wholesale banking experience
- Knowledge of credit, trade products, and operations

About the company
Established regional banking institution, well-regarded in the Middle East but not a global top-tier technology employer.

Making a career change to Product Management
Hi All, I am a banking professional with 10 YoE. Domain is banking ops, and educational background is B.Com. Current designation is Manager Operations. I have been looking to make a career change, and product management is something that has intrigued me for a very long time now. I have recently been in touch with reps from Air Tribe and ISB (Emiratus) who are providing certifications in product management. I had detailed conversations with both, but I'm not really sure about which one is more industry relevant and if these certifications are indeed helpful with my background. Don't want to throw away 1 Lac rupees on something that will be just a piece of paper. I would greatly appreciate any pointers and recommendations from you all before I move forward (or i don't). I am looking forward to the comments. Thanks in advance!
