What are TCS designation Hierarchy?
May I know the designation hierarchy for TCS? Also with 10years experience which is the best or possible designation does they provide ?
Surprized seeing extreme sir culture and weird hierarchy.
So i joined this org, i read about the traditional culture but I didnt expect it to be this weird. On Friday itself I was surprized to see this extreme bootlicking. It was awkward. My colleagues starts calling everyone sir then agree to whatever the manager says and again nod to everything plus they also do it outside. They dont even point out a flaw thats how bad it is. Although I am still learning as a new joinee but If I use first names they are like why are you acting oversmart and they also feel like I should be respecting like them. Hierarchy is insane and theres so much pressure to conform. In my last company I had a flat culture and this is a complete shift and its getting hard to cope up. The worst part is its so normalised and everyone here literally have no problem behaving like this.
Anyone from birlasoft please help me to understand the hierarchy.
I got an offer for 4b grade and I want to understand what the meaning of that is. What will be the next level after 4b is it 4a or 5a? Also what are the leave policies?
