How do you quantify impact as a SWE?
I’m currently working at a startup as a full stack SWE and looking to switch to a different organization soon. I want to add those “Accomplished X as measured by Y, by doing Z” bullet points to my resume… but not sure how I can quantify my exact impact in terms of revenue, productivity, or any other business or software-related metrics. (I work at a B2B company, so I work on internal tools and dashboards instead of direct customer-facing software.)
