I have seen a bunch of orgs HRs, leaders crib... on how they want top talent.. but are so so so surprised when the candidate actually acts like a normal human. Talk about double standards.. So basically a guy cleared all 5 rounds, Aced the system design, Wrote perfect code, Agreed to join in 30 days, But got rejected by the director because he drank water too casually from a plastic bottle instead of using a glass during the final interview.
