Head of Claims Operations Singapore & Asia Placement Hub

Marsh is seeking a Head of Claims Operations for Singapore and the Asia Placement Hub to lead operational strategy and digital transformation. You will manage a high-performing team, drive regional alignment, and oversee complex claims portfolios while influencing insurer engagement. The role involves implementing digital tools, improving operational efficiency through standardization, and serving as a key advisor to stakeholders. You will report to the Head of Claims Operations, Asia Pacific, in a high-impact, strategic capacity.

• Ability to effectively collaborate, negotiate and drive outcomes with stakeholders
• Demonstrated progressive leadership and stakeholder management experience
