Having Offer from Capgemini C2 band and HCL Senior TeamLead.Good to Join Capgemini or HCL?
Hi all, I am having 9 years of experience as java developer. I’m really struggling to decide between two offers : 1. Capgemini: 30 LPA fixed + 3 LPA variable, Hybrid working 12 days in a month, no project assigned yet (allocation/need to give interviews after onboarding). 2. HCL: 29.5 LPA fixed, 1.5 variable, hired for RSA client, client round is cleared, need to work from RSA office and its 5 days work from client office. I’m confused about which to choose, considering career growth and work-life balance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your help!
