TAL's take
Solid role at a reputable digital services company with defined responsibilities in financial systems, though generic scope limits the ceiling.
Clear and coherent role description with defined responsibilities and a relevant tech stack, though slightly generic in the business-empowerment focus.

Ascendion Why?
I cleared a OA for the Quality Engineer Role at Ascendion Engineering Pvt Ltd. And got a call for In Person Meet and Greet Interview on Oct 23. I had few doubts so I reached out to TA via email and phone but there was no response. I made a decision not to attend it, as I had other commitments too. Later, the TA called me and asked why I hadn't attended the interview and that I should have informed? As I was trying to explain my point, the TA abruptly ended the call. If proper communication and response was there between us I would have attended the interview. And also I read some threads of doing this in their In Person interviews. Is it Common for Ascendion or all TA's and HR's like this??
