Folks any idea on how Zycus is?
Have been offered a Product manager role at Zycus. They offered the same CTC. Quick background: Have 2 years of growth pm experience in the early stage SaaS startup, prior to this, 2 years in SaaS sales. After that did mba and got into analytics consulting via campus placemen, it has been 7 months. Looking to move back to the Product role in B2B space. Would highly appreciate it if some have insight to Zycus ( culture, product, career growth)
Zycus Reviews for senior consultant role
My sister works in EY. Can anyone share a genuine suggestion on whether she should accept the offer from Zycus for the role of Senior Consultant in the Consulting ( SSG ) domain if she is getting max 28 lpa approx (including everything) and currently she is having a ctc of 21 lac in EY. I feel she will have better learning considering in EY she was working only with Order to Cash domain but in Zycus she will get the exposure to S2P and P2P
🧠Need Advice: Product vs Service Company – Java Backend Career
Hi folks, I’m a Java Backend Developer (3.7+ yrs) working primarily with Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Cloud. I currently have two offers and would really appreciate insights from people who’ve worked in similar setups. Option 1 – Product-based SaaS company (Zycus) • Role: Senior Java Developer • Tech: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud, Kafka, AI tooling exposure • Work model: Hybrid (2 days WFO) • Focus: Product ownership, long-term growth, AI/ML exposure Option 2 – Service-based MNC (Mphasis) • Role: Software Engineer • Tech: C / C++ + SQL (client-driven) • Work model: 5 days WFO • Focus: Client project stability My priorities (in order): 1. Long-term career growth & skill relevance 2. Modern tech stack (Java/Spring/Cloud/AI) 3. Work-life balance If you’ve worked in product vs service companies, or have experience with Java backend growth paths, I’d love to hear: • Which option is better for long-term career & pay growth? • Any hidden risks I should consider? Thanks in advance 🙏 #zycus #mphasis
