I have overall 5.1 years of experience and my last salary is 18LPA where i worked only 3 months. And when i was into vir*s* i used to get 7.24 LPA. My question is there is a gap between vir*s* and e*p*m so, now i left e*p*m due to some medical emergency now i am starting to give interviews and all. Will I get the same package or more than that??
