House hunt in Hyderabad

I'm moving to Hyderabad for my new job and looking for an affordable 1 BHK near hitech city. Any recommendations where I should start my search from. I am looking in a radius of 10 km. My budget for 1 BHK is at max 15k. Will I get a house in this budget? Also, I'm in Bangalore as of now and everyone must be aware of security deposits of houses in Bangalore, is it the same in Hyderabad too? Which and all areas should I search houses where I can get a good house with no security concerns ? Also safety is a priority, money is adjustable. Also what's the average rent for 1 BHK in Hyderabad?

ATS compliant resume is a SCAM!

I have been working in HRTech space for quite a few years now and never saw a guy whose application didn't get into ATS because his/her resume was not compliant. Generally ATS uses third party service to generate matching scores which takes keywords from your resume and job description, however it does not impact your resume visibility. Many companies and freelancers monetize on this vulnerability which is totally sham!

Morning Reflections from Hyderabad’s IT Corridor

While commuting to the office today from Hitech City (Madhapur) via Rai-durgam, Gachibowli, Wipro Circle, and Wave Rock, I noticed that the roads were unusually empty. It reminded me of the COVID-era days, and I reached the office much earlier than expected. This experience made me reflect on how Hyderabad’s demographic dynamics seem to be evolving, with a significant presence of people from other states compared to native residents. What's your opinion on this?
