Got done with annual performance cycle and new comp got upgraded to ~1.6Cr, a modest ~10% increase over last year. I like the work I do, have lot of autonomy, great manager, flexible WFH policy, great WLB, chill life, good job security. Sort of too comfortable at present. How is the job market? * Can others who are earning in the range in India talk about their dilemma whether they would keep chasing the salary or be content with status quo?
